"In order to be creative, you know how to prepare to be creative...there's a process that generates creativity--and you can learn it...you can make it habitual." - Twyla Tharp
In order to push this initiative forward, we need all the help we can get. Patreon has been a big help in that regard. If you feel compelled to join in the mission of building a living curriculum of spiritual and creative momentum using the tools of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, then join us at any level. Monthly donations help us with membership fees to credentialing organizations, operating costs, administrative fees, and other incidentals. Your support really does support our growth.
When I published The Eleven Yogic Arts of Creative Living, it was the start of the pandemic and homebound, I decided to read from my book and offer additional thoughts on the subject. I got as far as the first several chapters - to be continued - but for those who would rather be read to, this is an access point to the material in the book(s).
This is a website which covers the work I do as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer. There is access to information about classes, workshops, the yoga itself, books, practices, and so on.
In a similar vein to the YouTube channel, I wanted to create a platform that discussed the content of The Eleven Yogic Arts of Creative Living, included music I felt enhanced the concepts of what was presented, and to give listeners another way to connect with the creativity teachings of Kundalini Yoga on the move, in their car, etc.
